- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp orange juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Activate yeast by mixing warm milk, yeast, and sugar, then let sit until foamy.
- Add butter, egg, and salt, then mix in flour to form dough.
- Knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
- Mix filling ingredients until well combined.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly.
- Roll into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place in baking dish and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
