  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 prepared mini cobbler or shortcake biscuits, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in yogurt or sour cream.
  • Peel and slice fresh peaches, or drain canned peaches. Toss with lemon juice if desired.
  • Crumble cobbler or biscuits; toast lightly for extra crunch.
  • Layer peaches, cheesecake mixture, and cobbler crumbs in a large dish. Repeat layers, finishing with cobbler on top.
  • Fold or pipe whipped cream over the top, sprinkle nuts, and garnish with mint leaves. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve in dessert bowls, ensuring each portion has a mix of layers.
