- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 prepared mini cobbler or shortcake biscuits, crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in yogurt or sour cream.
- Peel and slice fresh peaches, or drain canned peaches. Toss with lemon juice if desired.
- Crumble cobbler or biscuits; toast lightly for extra crunch.
- Layer peaches, cheesecake mixture, and cobbler crumbs in a large dish. Repeat layers, finishing with cobbler on top.
- Fold or pipe whipped cream over the top, sprinkle nuts, and garnish with mint leaves. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in dessert bowls, ensuring each portion has a mix of layers.
