Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Place chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth.

Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and half of the peppermint extract.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Melt white chocolate chips separately using a microwave or double boiler.

Stir remaining peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate.

Pour white chocolate over the fudge base and spread gently.
