- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Mix flour and salt in a large bowl, then add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise until doubled.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Add cheese, pepperoni, and seasoning evenly across the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with egg.
- Bake at 375°F until golden brown, then cool slightly and slice.
