Ingredients

8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme or parsley)
Instructions

Place crumbled feta and softened cream cheese in a food processor. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add extra salt or lemon juice for balance.

Transfer to a serving bowl, spreading slightly with a spatula.

Sprinkle chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.
