Ingredients

  • 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme or parsley)


Instructions

  • Place crumbled feta and softened cream cheese in a food processor. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add extra salt or lemon juice for balance.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl, spreading slightly with a spatula.

  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.

  • Serve immediately with crostini, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Refrigerate if making ahead and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
