Ingredients

1 cup almond milk or dairy milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup pomegranate juice

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Whisk almond milk, pomegranate juice, vanilla, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.

Add chia seeds while whisking to prevent clumps.

Let rest 5 minutes, then whisk again.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Simmer raspberries gently until soft, then mash or blend.
