Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast, then let it sit until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and butter, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Divide dough and roll into long ropes.
- Wrap each rope around a hot dog.
- Boil wrapped hot dogs briefly in baking soda water.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until golden brown and serve warm.
