Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni (or your preferred pasta)

  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork (smoky or BBQ-flavored)

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente in salted water and drain.

  • Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour to form a roux.

  • Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened.

  • Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  • Fold cooked pasta and pulled pork into the cheese sauce.

  • Optional: Transfer to a baking dish, top with panko breadcrumbs, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
