Craving taco night but want it easier? This crockpot taco pasta is cheesy, cozy, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can tomato sauce

1 cup beef broth
-
2 cups uncooked medium pasta shells

1 cup heavy cream
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional toppings: cilantro, green onions, sour cream
Instructions

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic during the last few minutes. Drain excess grease.

Transfer beef mixture to crockpot. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.

Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Stir in uncooked pasta and heavy cream. Cook on HIGH for 30 to 40 minutes until pasta is tender.

Stir in half the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until melted. Serve warm.
