3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
-
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
-
1 tsp. sesame oil
-
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 green onions, sliced
-
1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp. water
Instructions
-
Thinly slice beef and prep all vegetables.
-
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
-
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a skillet and sear half the beef for 1–2 minutes per side, remove, then sear remaining beef.
-
Heat remaining oil, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 2–3 minutes. Add snap peas for 1–2 minutes.
-
Return beef to the skillet, pour in sauce, add cornstarch slurry, and cook 1 more minute.
-
Drizzle sesame oil, toss gently, and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra tender beef, make sure to slice it thinly against the grain.
Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding and steaming the ingredients.
Adjust saltiness by starting with low-sodium soy sauce and taste-testing the final sauce.
