Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional toppings: granola, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, extra raspberries


Instructions

  • Place raspberries in a bowl and mash lightly with a fork.

  • Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

  • Pour milk into the bowl and mix well with the raspberry mixture.

  • Add chia seeds and stir thoroughly for about 30 seconds.

  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if the pudding is too thick.

  • Top with fresh raspberries, granola, or nuts and enjoy.
