Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional

  • 1 cup fresh fruit, finely diced

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat remaining water until steaming, then remove from heat.

  3. Stir bloomed gelatin into warm water until dissolved.
