Ingredients

8 oz. lo mein noodles or spaghetti

1 lb. ground beef, preferably lean

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated

1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced

1 cup carrots, julienned

1 cup snow peas, trimmed

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp. oyster sauce

1 tbsp. hoisin sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
-
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and toss with a drizzle of sesame oil.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan.

Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas, stir-frying until crisp-tender.

Return ground beef to the pan and combine with vegetables.

Add noodles and toss with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil until evenly coated.
