16 large white or cremini mushrooms

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove mushroom stems and wipe caps clean with a damp towel.
