1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 green onion, sliced

¼ tsp black pepper

8 slices baguette or sandwich bread

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions

Finely chop shrimp and mix with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, pepper, cilantro, and green onion.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter bread slices and place on baking sheet.
