A bowl of Shrimp Scampi Pasta that tastes like a restaurant favorite but comes together in minutes. This is the ultimate quick luxurious dinner for garlic lovers.
Ingredients

12 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 tbsp olive oil

6 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup dry white wine
-
1 tbsp lemon zest
-
3 tbsp lemon juice
-
1/4–1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat skillet with olive oil and butter then sear shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in wine and reduce for 2–3 minutes then add lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes.

Stir in remaining butter.

Add cooked pasta and toss, using pasta water if needed.

Return shrimp to the pan and toss with parsley.

Serve warm with Parmesan.
