Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • food coloring
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cream butter and sugar, then add egg, vanilla, and milk.
  • Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • Roll dough and cut bunny shapes.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
  • Frost cookies and decorate.
