3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.

Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add egg and vanilla.

Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
