Instructions

Prepare rice and ingredients, ensuring rice is cold and vegetables are chopped.

Heat oil and fry diced spam until golden and crispy, then remove from pan.

Scramble eggs in the same pan, remove slightly undercooked.

Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, then add carrots and peas, cooking until softened.
