Ingredients

1 lb. large prawns, peeled and deveined

4 soft sandwich rolls or brioche buns

3 tbsp hot honey

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Marinate prawns with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper for 10–15 minutes.

Toast rolls and mix shredded cabbage with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Grill prawns 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred, brushing with hot honey in the last 30 seconds.

Layer slaw on the rolls, add prawns, drizzle glaze, and sprinkle parsley.
