1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream and heavy cream.
