Ingredients

2 cups milk

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1/4 cup strawberry puree

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries, then blend a portion into puree.

In a bowl, mix milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Add chia seeds and stir well, then stir again after 5 minutes.

Fold in chopped strawberries and puree.

Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight.

Stir before serving and adjust texture with milk if needed.
