Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries, then blend a portion into puree.

  • In a bowl, mix milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

  • Add chia seeds and stir well, then stir again after 5 minutes.

  • Fold in chopped strawberries and puree.

  • Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight.

  • Stir before serving and adjust texture with milk if needed.
