  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the ground beef.
  • Add onion, peppers, and garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, and seasonings.
  • Add uncooked rice and bring to a boil.
