Description

Teriyaki Salmon – Sweet & Savory is the easiest way to turn a simple dinner into something glossy and irresistible. Your weeknight meal will never taste the same again.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup mirin

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  • Whisk soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Reserve 1/4 cup.

  • Marinate salmon in remaining sauce for 20–30 minutes.

  • Cook salmon in a skillet or bake at 400°F until just cooked through.

  • Heat reserved sauce and thicken with cornstarch slurry.

  • Brush glaze over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Serve warm with rice or vegetables.
