Teriyaki Salmon – Sweet & Savory is the easiest way to turn a simple dinner into something glossy and irresistible. Your weeknight meal will never taste the same again.
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup mirin

2 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp honey or brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tbsp water
-
1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Whisk soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Reserve 1/4 cup.

Marinate salmon in remaining sauce for 20–30 minutes.

Cook salmon in a skillet or bake at 400°F until just cooked through.

Heat reserved sauce and thicken with cornstarch slurry.

Brush glaze over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Serve warm with rice or vegetables.
