- ½ cup rolled oats (old-fashioned for creamy texture)
- â…“ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (adds creaminess and protein)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or strong brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese or cream cheese (softened)
- 2–3 ladyfinger cookies, broken into small pieces (optional)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, espresso powder, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with a teaspoon of maple syrup until smooth.
- Layer oat mixture, ladyfinger pieces, and mascarpone in a jar or container, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or crushed ladyfinger pieces.
- Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of brewed coffee over the top for an extra tiramisu kick.
