Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (old-fashioned for creamy texture)
  • â…“ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (adds creaminess and protein)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese or cream cheese (softened)
  • 2–3 ladyfinger cookies, broken into small pieces (optional)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, espresso powder, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with a teaspoon of maple syrup until smooth.
  • Layer oat mixture, ladyfinger pieces, and mascarpone in a jar or container, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, garnish with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or crushed ladyfinger pieces.
  • Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of brewed coffee over the top for an extra tiramisu kick.
