Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb or 450 g), cooked and sliced

6 slices crispy bacon

3 thick-cut slices sandwich bread, toasted

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 avocado, mashed

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Thinly sliced red onion

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season and cook the chicken until golden, then slice thinly.

Cook bacon until crispy and cool on a rack.

Mash avocado and mix with ranch and lemon juice to make the spread.

Toast the bread in a buttered pan until golden.

Spread avocado ranch on all bread slices.

Layer lettuce, chicken, tomato, bacon, and onion between slices.
