Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

½ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. chili flakes (optional)

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

¼ cup sour cream
-
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. lemon juice
-
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.

Pat wings dry and place in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes.

Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake for 25 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Mix blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl for the dip. Refrigerate until serving.
