Ingredients

2 lb ground Wagyu beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 large eggs

1/3 cup milk

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup ketchup

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix gently.

Shape into a loaf on the baking sheet.

Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire to make the glaze. Spread two thirds on the meatloaf.

Bake 45 minutes, then brush on remaining glaze.

Bake 15–20 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
