Description

Wagyu meatloaf just got a gourmet upgrade with a sticky brown sugar glaze that tastes like pure comfort. This is the kind of juicy, irresistible dinner that disappears fast.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground Wagyu beef

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Combine Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix gently.

  • Shape into a loaf on the baking sheet.

  • Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire to make the glaze. Spread two thirds on the meatloaf.

  • Bake 45 minutes, then brush on remaining glaze.

  • Bake 15–20 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).

  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
