Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.

Gently fold blueberries into the yogurt mixture until coated.

Scoop small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Freeze clusters for 1 hour until firm.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.

Dip frozen clusters into chocolate and place back on parchment.
