- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups (about 200 g) graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar, for finishing

- Crush the graham crackers or digestive biscuits and combine them with melted butter to prepare a firm dessert crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs gradually when preparing a baked lemon dessert, mixing gently until the filling is fully incorporated.
