Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix the blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the blueberry mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the blueberry filling.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the filling bubbles and the topping becomes golden brown.
