- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- Food coloring
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter (for frosting)
- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream
- Marshmallow Peeps
- Sprinkles or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pans.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients with milk.
- Divide and color batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes and cool.
- Prepare frosting until smooth.
- Assemble cake and decorate with Peeps and sprinkles
