- 1 medium apple (about 180 g), cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) caramel sauce, plus extra for garnish if desired
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, optional
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) extra caramel sauce, optional

Instructions
- Wash, core, and chop the apple into small pieces. Peel it first if you prefer a smoother shake.

- Add the vanilla ice cream, chopped apple, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture looks smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Check the consistency. Add a little more milk for a thinner shake or another scoop of ice cream for a thicker one.
