- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- Extra caramel drizzle for topping
- Crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar, then press into dessert cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream separately and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pipe or spoon the filling over the crust layer.
- Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
- Stir caramel sauce into the apples and let cool.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with extra caramel and garnish with crushed crumbs.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
