Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Extra caramel drizzle for topping
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar, then press into dessert cups.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Whip heavy cream separately and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pipe or spoon the filling over the crust layer.
  • Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
  • Stir caramel sauce into the apples and let cool.
  • Spoon the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  • Drizzle with extra caramel and garnish with crushed crumbs.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
