- 8 large celery stalks
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Optional smoked paprika
- Optional crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Wash and dry the celery stalks thoroughly, then cut them into smaller serving pieces.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Transfer the bacon to paper towels and crumble once cooled.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in most of the bacon crumbles and green onions.
- Fill each celery stick with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Top with remaining bacon, parsley, green onions, and optional smoked paprika.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor
