- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups meringue pieces
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi fruits, sliced
- 1/2 cup berry sauce or coulis
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Wash and slice all fruits as needed.
- Break meringue into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer meringue at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Add whipped cream evenly over the meringue.
- Top with mixed fruits and drizzle berry sauce.
- Repeat layers until the dish is full.
- Finish with whipped cream and garnish with fruit and mint.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
