Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix into a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cut the dough into equal squares or rectangles.
- Stack the dough pieces and arrange them vertically in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the loaf rise again for 30 minutes.
