These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls turn classic holiday flavors into golden, bite-sized comfort food. They are savory, festive, and perfect for Thanksgiving appetizers or a creative holiday side.

  • 1 lb. (450 g) ground turkey
  • 3 cups (180 g) prepared stuffing, cooled
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup (35 g) finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. (28 g) melted butter
  • Cranberry sauce or turkey gravy for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Let the prepared stuffing cool completely before using.
  • Add the ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, parsley, egg, butter, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
  • Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture and gently roll into balls.
  • Arrange the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
  • Lightly brush the tops with melted butter if desired.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.
  • Check that the centers reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the stuffing balls rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with cranberry sauce or turkey gravy
