- 1 lb. (450 g) ground turkey
- 3 cups (180 g) prepared stuffing, cooled
- 1/2 cup (60 g) dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup (35 g) finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. (28 g) melted butter
- Cranberry sauce or turkey gravy for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Let the prepared stuffing cool completely before using.
- Add the ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, parsley, egg, butter, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture and gently roll into balls.
- Arrange the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
- Lightly brush the tops with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.
- Check that the centers reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the stuffing balls rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with cranberry sauce or turkey gravy
