Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 oz. medium pasta shells
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of cheddar soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in olive oil until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot and stir in ranch seasoning, broth, soup, cream, milk, paprika, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Cook pasta shells separately until al dente, then drain.
  • Stir pasta shells into the crockpot along with cream cheese, mozzarella, and half the cheddar.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until melted.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
