- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 oz. medium pasta shells
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of cheddar soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in olive oil until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot and stir in ranch seasoning, broth, soup, cream, milk, paprika, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
- Cook pasta shells separately until al dente, then drain.
- Stir pasta shells into the crockpot along with cream cheese, mozzarella, and half the cheddar.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
