- 300 g chicken breast
- 200 g noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ cup bell peppers
- ½ cup carrots
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Heat oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add vegetables and cook briefly.
- Return chicken and pour in sauce mixture.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Toss in noodles and mix until fully coated.
- Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
