- 12 oz (340 g) rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups (300 g) grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup (75 g) cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) ranch dressing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
- Grill seasoned chicken, rest, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
- Combine pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese in a bowl.
- Add ranch dressing and mix until fully coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
