- 1 box (15.25 oz / 432 g) pink velvet cake mix or vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) water or milk
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup diced strawberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or sprinkles
- Extra whipped cream and Easter candies for topping
Instructions
- Bake pink velvet cake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, then cool completely and cut into cubes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
- Prepare strawberries and toppings.
- Layer cake cubes, cheesecake filling, and add-ins in a trifle dish.
- Repeat layers until full.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candies.
- Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
