- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles or assorted decorations
- 1/2 cup candy eyes, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat softened butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix just until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough per cookie, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the baking sheets.
- Add Halloween sprinkles or gently press candy eyes into the cookie dough.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Decorate further if desired and serve once completely cool
