- 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Irish whiskey
- 2 tbsp (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
Instructions
- Add sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to a blender or bowl and mix until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and instant coffee until fully dissolved.
- Slowly add Irish whiskey while mixing continuously.
- Blend for 20–30 seconds until silky and well combined.
- Pour into a sealed jar and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
- Shake well and serve over ice, in coffee, or in desserts.
