Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
- Add nuts if desired.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
