Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  • Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
  • Add nuts if desired.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
