  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  • Stir in the key lime juice and lime zest.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
  • Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  • Divide into jars or cover the mixing bowl.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed.
