- 3 tablespoons fresh key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (optional)
- Lime slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Stir in the key lime juice and lime zest.
- Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Divide into jars or cover the mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Top with shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, lime zest, and fresh mint.
- Serve chilled with fresh lime slices for garnish.
