- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken stock
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 sheet puff pastry (about 320 g)
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Heat butter and cook onions until soft, then add garlic.
- Brown chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add stock and cream to form a thick sauce.
