  • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken stock
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (about 320 g)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Heat butter and cook onions until soft, then add garlic.
  • Brown chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
  • Stir in flour, then gradually add stock and cream to form a thick sauce.
