- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Fresh strawberries, kiwi, or blueberries for topping
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the matcha powder with a small amount of warm milk until smooth.
- Combine the remaining milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and dissolved matcha in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Divide into jars or cover the bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Stir before serving and add more milk if needed.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola, almonds, and toasted coconut.
