Description

These s’mores roll-ups are crispy, gooey, and impossible to stop eating. One bite tastes like your favorite campfire dessert wrapped in warm golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 10 slices soft white sandwich bread
  • 10 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
  • Cooking spray or extra butter for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet lightly.
  • Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  • Place chocolate and one marshmallow near the edge of each bread slice.
  • Roll bread tightly around the filling and seal edges gently.
  • Brush roll-ups with melted butter.
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl, then coat each roll-up evenly.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool slightly before serving warm.
