- 10 slices soft white sandwich bread
- 10 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- Cooking spray or extra butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet lightly.
- Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
- Place chocolate and one marshmallow near the edge of each bread slice.
- Roll bread tightly around the filling and seal edges gently.
- Brush roll-ups with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl, then coat each roll-up evenly.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
