- 1 lb elbow macaroni or small pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain excess fat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth.
- Season and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta until fully coated.
- Top with cheese if desired and serve warm.
